In 2022, I joined the University of Exeter as an associate lecturer in French. That same year, I was awarded a PhD in English studies from the University of Lyon 2.

Research

I was awarded a PhD in English Studies from the University of Lyon 2 in September 2022. My research focuses on the novels of British surrealist artist and occultist Ithell Colquhoun.

My areas of interest are: Ithell Colquhoun, Leonora Carrington, surrealism, avant-garde, occultism, modernism, 20th century British novels.

Biography

I taught French Language at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, from 2013 to 2016. I then returned to France and joined the University of Tours as a teaching fellow in English. Since 2022, I have been an associate lecturer in French at the University of Exeter, first in Streatham, now in Penryn.
